Recruiting Youth Action Researchers

As a youth action researcher, you will work collaboratively to conduct research relevant to the lives of marginalized people and useful for the promotion of social change. We are currently looking for males between the ages of 16-20 who live in the Chicago land area to join our team. We meet on Saturdays from 10-5 at Alternatives Inc (refer to contact info section on the home page for Alternatives Inc address). Youth action researchers receive a bi-weekly stipend for their services. For any questions, contact us.

Our Current Project

Currently we are working on video based oral history project on police brutality and youth resistance. We are going to post interviews and create a resource page and manual for youth who experience police brutality. Check back often for updates on the project!
